At Young Entrepreneur Learning Labz (YELL), we believe in offering students a fair, transparent, and flexible refund policy. Our goal is to ensure that all learners feel confident in their decision to join the program, while also upholding the integrity of our educational experience.

1. Trial Week Access – No Payment Required

Upon registration, learners will gain immediate access to the first week of online classes, completely free of charge.

• This trial period allows participants to experience the learning environment and program structure before making any financial commitment.
  
  
  

2. Full Fee Payment Requirement

To continue in the program beyond Week 1 and to be eligible for the first on-ground activity (e.g., a market visit), full payment of the program fee is required.

• Deadline: End of Week 1 or before the first on-ground activity, whichever is earlier.
  
  
  

• Payment must be made through the available options on the platform, which may include Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Online Bank Transfer, Wallets, or EMI (where applicable).
  
  
  

3. Refund Policy Post Full Payment

If a participant discontinues after paying the full fee, refunds will NOT BE APPLICABLE from Week 2. This ensures fairness based on actual participation.

Withdrawal Refund Eligibility:

• After Week 1 (before offline event)- 25% of the program fee will be refunded on original payment method.

• After Week 2 - No refund applicable.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the participant must email us with the following details:

• Include: Name, registration ID, reason for discontinuation, and the bank/payment reference.
  
  
  

Processing Time: Refunds will be initiated within 10–15 business days and credited to the original mode of payment. Additional verification or feedback calls may be conducted for validation and quality improvement.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Failure to attend sessions without valid communication (no-shows).
  
  

• Disqualification from the program on disciplinary grounds.
  
  

• Requests made after Week 1, before weekend event has commenced.
  
  

6. Important Notes

• All transactions are processed via secure third-party payment gateways and are subject to their terms and conditions.
  
  
  

• YELL is not liable for delays caused by banking institutions or payment intermediaries.
  
  
  

• We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any such changes will be posted on our official website and will take effect immediately.
